Floreway is run by Jack Fowler and Xavier Soński, in England. This page says what we do with your information. It is short because we collect very little.

Visiting this site

No cookies, no analytics, no tracking. The site is hosted by Cloudflare, which keeps standard server logs (such as IP addresses) to run and protect it. The typeface is loaded from Google Fonts, so your browser asks Google for it and Google sees your IP address.

If you apply

When you email us, we get what you send: usually your name, email address, what you play and links to your playing. We use it only to consider you for Floreway and to reply. Our lawful basis is legitimate interests: you contacted us about joining, and we need your details to answer. We don’t sell it, share it for marketing or add you to a mailing list.

Only the two of us read it. We keep it for up to 12 months after we last hear from you, then delete it, unless you join or ask us to keep you in mind for longer. If you come to a session, recording is covered separately, and only with your written consent.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete what we hold about you at any time: email apply@floreway.com. If you’re unhappy with how we’ve handled it, you can complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
